Experience was very good in Basel Airport. The only problem we had was with picking the car up at Euroairport on the Swiss side it was not made clear that it had to be returned to the Swiss part. We found the French part and were fined for leaving it there but there were not clear instructions on how to get to French part. Staff were helpful, car was excellent - a basic courtesey map would be useful no hire car company ever seems to provide one - they could get them free from local tourist info and put in cars just to ease clients on way, [...]
