It was easy to use your website & the information was fabulous as there were no hidden extras. The hire amount shown was the actual amount, unlike other sites where it gives you the "best" price but it has a lot of hidden extras. As for Alpha Car hire in Brisbane Airport, I thought they were excellent. We did not have to wait long for shuttle buses, the car we had was a little beauty & the staff were very professional. The only thing that I think they could improve on was that the car seat for our child was not installed & not in very good condition. Other than that - I rate them very highly. [...]
